| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶和血管内皮生长因子在乳腺癌中的表达。方法采用组织芯片及免疫组化S—P法检测60例乳腺癌组织中MMP-9、VEGF的表达水平。结果乳腺癌组织中MMP-9和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为75．0％（45／60）和65．0％（39／60）；有淋巴结转移者MMP-9阳性表达率（80．0％）明显高于无淋巴结转移者（52．9％）（P〈0．01）；有淋巴结转移者VEGF阳性表达率（86．7％）明显高于无淋巴结转移者（58．8％）（P〈0．01）；Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级乳腺癌VEGF的阳性表达率分别为46．7％、72．4％和87．0％，VEGF的阳性表达率与病理分级呈正相关（r==0．587，P〈0．05）。结论MMP-9和VEGF的表达对乳腺癌患者的诊断有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of Matrix metalloprotein-9(MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in breast cancer.Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in 60 breast cancer tissues.Results The positive rates of MMP-9 and VEGF were 75.0%(45/60) and 65.0%(39/60) in breast cancer;lymph node metastasis of MMP-9 expression rate(80.0%) was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis(52.9%)(P<0.01),lymph node metastasis of VEGF... |
