| 摘 要： | 调节性T细胞（regulatory T cells，Treg）是维持机体免疫平衡的功能成熟的T细胞。在体内外Treg通过抗原非特异性或特异性扩增，下调效应性免疫细胞的功能并削弱其增殖能力，来抑制或控制机体免疫应答的程度。Treg为临床疾病的免疫治疗提供了新的途径。

| Abstract: | Regulatory T cells(Treg) are functionally mature T cell subpopulations which are key players of maintaining the balance of immunological defense system.Treg can proliferate in vivo or in vitro by antigen specific way or non-antigen specific way,and actively control the properties of other immune cells by suppressing their functional activity and their proliferation as well. |
