透刺合并氯米帕明治疗强迫症的临床研究

目的:研究透刺治疗强迫症的临床疗效。方法:60例强迫症患者分为两组,氯米帕明组(对照组)及透刺治疗加氯米帕明组(治疗组)各30例。采用Yale-Brown强迫症量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简明精神病量表(BPRS)、副反应量表(TESS)临床疗效评定标准,分别评定疗效和副反应。结果:对照组痊愈率为26.7%,显效率为56.6%。治疗组痊愈率为43.3%,显效率为76.7%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。对照组不良反应发生率为73.33%,治疗组不良反应发生率为46.67%。两组不良反应发生率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:透刺加小剂量氯米帕明疗效好于氯米帕明。提示透刺治疗的疗效肯定,副作用小,安全性好。

Clinical study on treating OCD by penetration needling method plus chlorimipramine

Objective： To study the clinical therapeutic effect of penetration needling method on treating obsessive compulsive disorder （OCD）. Methods： 60 cases were divided into two groups, a chlorimipramine group （control group） and a penetration needling method plus chorimipramine group （treated group）, 30 cases in each group. Their therapeutic effect and adverse effects were evaluated with Y-BOCS, HAMD, BPRS and TESS, respectively. Results： The cured rate and the markedly effective rate were 26.7% and 56.6% in control group and 43.3% and 76.7% in treated group, respectively, the treated group being better than the control group. The adverse reactive rate was 73.33% in control group and 46.67% in the treated group with a significant difference between the two group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of penetration needling method plus chlorimipramine is better than chlorimipramine only.
