当归四逆汤加味治疗多发性神经炎的临床效果分析

目的：探讨在多发性神经炎的临床治疗上采用当归四逆汤加味治疗的临床治疗效果。方法：采集我院2011年1月～2013年3月多发性神经炎患者65例,按随机分组方法将患者分成两组,实验组32例,采取当归四逆汤加味治疗,对照组33例,采取西药常规治疗方法治疗,分析比较两组患者的临床治疗效果并得出结果。结果：两组患者临床治疗效果比较有明显差别,差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用当归四逆汤加味治疗多发性神经炎,患者治愈、治疗显效、治疗有效的比率均比对照组高,临床治疗效果较好,值得在临床上推广使用。

Clinical effect analysis on treating polyneuritis with the Danggui Sini decoction

Objective： To study on the clinical therapeutic effect of the Danggui Sini decoction on treating polyneuritis. Methods： To collect our hospital from January 2011 to March 2013 multiple neuritis patients 65 cases, divided the patients into two groups by randomization method, the experimental group was treated with the Danggui Sini decoction, and the treated group was given conventional modem medicine treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect and the results. Results： Clinical outcomes compared two groups of patients were significantly different, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Danggui Sini decoction for treating polyneuritis, the cure rate, markedly effective rate and effective rate were higher than that of the control group, clinical treatment efficacy was better, worthy of use in clinical practice.
