穴位按摩缓解急性尿潴留的临床研究

目的：探讨通过穴位治疗缓解骨伤急性尿潴留患者的护理方法。方法：纳入病例随机分为对照组和试验组,进行临床对照研究,试验组35例采用平乐正骨传统护理技术穴位按摩排尿法;对照组35例采用导尿术;设置观察时间节点合计观察指标,实施过程制定质量控制标准,对安全性和疗效进行评价。结果：两组患者年龄和性别无差异,缓解尿潴留措施实施后首次、第2次、第3次排尿评分结果有显著差异,P=0.000〈0.05（双侧）;两组疗效,x2=19.54,P=0.000（双侧）。结果显示试验组和对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）,试验组的疗效优于对照组。结论：气海、石门、关元、中极穴位按摩缓解急性尿潴留具有使患者痛苦小,方法易掌握,操作简单易行,安全有效,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating acute retention of urine by point massage

Objective： To investigate the care method on treating acute retention of urine by point massage. Methods： The cases were randomly divided into control group and test group, for comparative study of clinical, in the test group 35 cases were treated by pingle orthopedic traditional nursing technique massage urination method; in the control group 35 cases were treating by catheterization; set the observing time nodes together observation index, the implementation process to establish the quality control standard, to evaluate the safety and efficacy. Results： No difference between the two groups in age and sex, after mitigation measures of urinary retention, for the first time, second times, third times of urination score results there were significant differences, P=0.000〈0.05 （bilateral）; The efficacy of two groups, x2=19.54, P=0.000 （bilateral）. The results showed that the experimental group and the control group were significantly different （P〈0.05）; the efficacy of the experimental group is better than control group. Conclusion： The acupressure of sea air, Shimen, Guan Yuan, were worthy of popularized to relieve the patients suffered from acute urinary retention by its advantage of simple, safe and effective, fewer adverse reactions.
