| 摘 要： | 目的：观察脉络宁注射液（南京金陵制药）联合川芎嗪注射液治疗椎。基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法：将83例椎．基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组46例在常规治疗的基础上再予脉络宁注射液联合川芎嗪注射液，对照组37例子常规治疗，2周后观察临床症状和TCD的变化。结果：治疗组临床疗效和TCD检查结果均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），且眩晕消失时间亦短于对照组。结论：脉络宁注射液联合川芎嗪注射液治疗椎一基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效可靠。

Clinical observation on treating vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo by Mailuoning injection combined with TMP injection |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effects of Mailuoning injection （Nanjing Jinling Pharmaceutical） combined with TMP injectionon treating vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo. Methods： 83 patients were randomly divided into the treated group and control group. 46 cases of the treated group were given Mailuoning injection combined with TMP injection based on the conventional treatment, 37 cases of the control group were treated with conventional therapy, clinical symptoms and the changes in the TCD were observed after 2 weeks. Results： The clinical efficacy and TCD examination results of the treated group were significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and vertigo disappearance time also shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion： The effect of mailuoning injection combined with TMP injection is reliable on treating vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency. |
