| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟理气祛痰逐瘀汤治疗冠心病血瘀证的疗效。方法：将72例冠心病血瘀证患者随机分为两组，对照组36例给予西医常规治疗，酌情加用口受体阻滞剂、钙通道拮抗剂、血管扩张剂；治疗组36例在西医常规治疗基础上加用自拟理气祛痰逐瘀汤，两组均以3周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组疗效及心电图改善优于对照组。结论：中药理气祛痰逐瘀汤治疗冠心病血瘀证有显著疗效。

Clinical observation on treating coronary heart disease bloods-tasis with self-made Liqi Qutan Zhuyu decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect on treating coronary heart disease bioods-tasis by self-made Liqi Qutan Zhuyu decoction. Methods： 72 patients with coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment of modem medicine, the discretion to increase with beta blockers, calcium channel antagonists, vasodilator; 36 cases in the treated group with routine modem medicine therapy plus with Liqi Qutan Zhuyu decoction, the two groups are in 3 weeks for 1 course. Results： The treated group curative effect and electrocardiogram improvement than the control group. Conclusion： The Liqi Qutan Zhuyu decoction in treating blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease has a significant effect. |
