| 摘 要： | 目的：观察升清降浊法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效.方法：分为中药组和对照组,中药组120例以升清降浊中药,对照组20例以蒙脱石散剂进行为期12周的治疗,观察症状体征积分,以及治疗效果.结果：中药组的总有效率较对照组高（P＜0.01）,中药组治疗后的症状体征积分较治疗前显著下降（P＜0.01）,治疗后中药组的症状体征积分较对照组显著下降（P＜0.01）.结论：升清降浊法对腹泻型肠易激综合征具有一定的效果.

| Abstract: | Object：To investigate the therapeutic effect of the Shengqingjiangzhuo herbs in treatment with diarrheadominant irritable bowel syndrome. Method ：The treatment group of 120 patients were given herb medicine and the control group of 20 patients were given the mengtuoshi power for 12 weeks respectively. To investigate total symptom score and total effective rate. Result： The whole effect of Herb medicine group is significantly improved than that of the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）, The total symptom score of the herb groups decreased significantly than that of the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）, the total symptom score of the herb group decreased significantly than that before treatment（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Therapy of ShengQingJiangzhuo herb maybe be in favor of diarrhea -dominant irritable bowel syndrome. |
