| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将36例慢性心力衰竭患者在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中医方药进行抗心力衰竭治疗，观察2个月并进行比较。结果：治疗后心功能多项指标较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效明显优于单用西医治疗的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on treating chronic heart failure in the integrative medicine. Methods： 36 cases were treated by routine modem medicine based on TCM, 2 months of observation and comparison. Results： After treatment indices of cardiac function improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating chronic heart failure in the integrative medicine is better than single modem medicine treatment. |
