参术肠炎清丸治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效观察

目的:观察参术肠炎清丸治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效。方法:将60例符合标准的溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,即对照组与观察组,对照组20例采取水杨酸柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗,观察组采取参术肠炎清丸治疗,1个月为1个疗程,共观察治疗3个疗程,对两组临床治疗效果进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组的临床有效率分别为97.5%、75.0%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组出现7例消化道反应、血细胞减少、皮疹等副作用,发生率为35.0%。结论:参术肠炎清丸治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎远期疗效高,具有简便、安全、副作用少等优点,在临床上值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating UC of Pixu type with the Shenzhu Changyanqing pill

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenzhu Changyanqing pill in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods： 60 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and observation group. 20 cases in the control group took salicylic acid sulfasalazine （SASP） treatment, the observation group adopted Shenzhu Changyanqing pill treatment, 1 month for 1 course and to observe for 3 courses, comparison the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups. Results： The efficiency of the observation group and control group were 97.5%, 75%. The observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）; control group had 7 cases of gastrointestinal reaction, cytopenia, rash and other side effects. The incidence rate was 35%. Conclusion： The curative long-term effect of Shenzhu Changyanqing pills on treating patients with ulcerative colitis is good, has the advantages of simple, safe, fewer side effects, is worthy of clinical application.
