通窍活血汤加减治疗颜面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

目的：评价通窍活血汤加减治疗颜面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）的临床疗效。方法：将36例颜面部PHN患者随机分为试验组18例和对照组18例,对照组予口服甲钴胺、维生素B1片、卡马西平片、元胡止痛片等口服治疗,试验组采用通窍活血汤加减治疗,7d为1个疗程,2个疗程后对其临床疗效进行对比与统计学分析。结果：对照组有效率66.7%,疼痛好转平均天数为（9.5±3.6）d;试验组有效率88.9%,疼痛好转平均天数为（5.5±4.3）d。两组有效率及疼痛好转天数比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,试验组未出现明显不良反应,对照组3例有食欲不振、恶心,停药后恢复,1例出现药疹,应用抗过敏药物后好转。结论：通窍活血汤加减治疗颜面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛安全有效。

Clinical observation on treating the facial PHN with the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on treating the facial PHN with the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction. Methods： 36 cases the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given modem medicine treatment, as mecobalamin, vitamlnB1, carbamazepine, Yuanhu Zhitong tablets. Experimental group was treated with the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction, 7 days for a course of treatment. After 2 weeks, estimate the clinical efficacy. Results： The total efficiency was 66.7% and average number of days of pain improved was （9.5±3.6） inthe control group, and in the experimental group, the total efficiency was 88.9% and average number of days of pain improved was （5.5±4.3）. Compared with control group, experimental group more significantly alleviated the pain and shortened the recovery time. Clinical efficacy difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Experimental group did not appear significant adverse reactions; in the control group, 3 patients had loss of appetite, nausea, reversible on medicine discontinuation, 1 case of medicine eruption, improved after the application of allergy medication. Conclusion： The effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction is good on treating the facial PHN; there are no toxic side effects.
