电针加TDP配合埋线治疗腰痛的疗效观察

目的：观察电针加TDP配合埋线治疗腰痛的临床疗效。方法：将100例腰痛患者,采取随机分配的方式分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用电针加TDP配合穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为90.0%、68.0%,两组结果比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,且治疗组随访复发率较低。结论：电针加TDP配合穴位埋线治疗腰痛的疗效较佳,值得临床推广运用。

Curative effect observation on treating backache with the embedding of electro acupuncture plus TDP

Objective： To investigate the clinical observation on treating backache with the embedding of electro acupuncture plus TDP. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into treated group and control group, 50 cases each group. The treated group was treated by the embedding of electro acupuncture plus TDP, the control group was treated by ordinary acupuncture, to compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results： The treated group and the control group the total effective rate was 90%, 68%, two sets of results were significantly different （P〈0.05）, the treatment group recurrence rate is low. Conclusion： Treating backache with the embedding of electro acupuncture plus TDP has a good curative effect, is worthy of clinical application.
