HPLC测定不同产地白花蛇舌草中齐墩果酸的含量

目的：分析不同产地白花蛇舌草中齐墩果酸的含量,为药材及其制剂的质量控制提供参考.方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱：Waters C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-水-冰乙酸-三乙胺（90∶ 10∶0.03∶ 0.06）;检测波长：210nm;柱温：20℃;流速：0.6mL/min;进样量：20μL.结果：齐墩果酸在10.1～202.0μg/mL（r=0.9998）范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为98.4％,RSD为0.6％.结论：本方法准确、重现性好,可应用于药材及其制剂的质量控制.

Determination of Oleanolic Acid in Hedyotis Diffusa Willd from Different Sources by HPLC

Objective：To determine the oleanolic acid in Hedyotis Diffusa Willd from different sources and to provide a reference for quality control of raw materials and preparations. Methods：The analysis was performed by HPLC with C18 column. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol - water - glacial acetic acid - triethylamine（90： 10： 0. 03： 0.06） with detection wavelength at 210 nm. The flow rate was 0.60 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 20℃. Results： The linear range of oleanolic acid were 10.1 - 202.0μg/mL（r = 0. 9998） respectively. The average recovery of oleanolic acid were 98.4%, with RSD being 0.6% respectively. Conclusion： The method developed in this study appeared accurate, convenient and reproducible and can be used for quality control of oleanolic acid raw materials or preparations of Hedyotis Diffusa Willd.
