| 摘 要： | 目的：观察苯磺酸氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者血压晨峰的疗效。方法：采用动态血压监测明确有高血压晨峰现象的86例原发性高血压患者,比较给予苯磺酸氨氯地平前后6周全天平均SBP和DBP,以及晨峰血压差值。结果：苯磺酸氨氯地平能有效全天平均SBP和DBP,以及晨峰血压差值（P〈0.05）。结论：苯磺酸氨氯地平能有效改善血压晨峰,值得门诊推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating essential hypertension in morning blood pressure surge by Amlodipine besylate tablet |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observation on treating essential hypertension in morning blood pressure surge by Amlodipine besylate tablet. Methods： 86 cases were treated by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, around 6 weeks all day comparison of amlodipine besylate mean SBP and DBP, morning blood pressure surge margin. Results： Amlodipine besylate can effectively day mean SBP and DBP, as well as the morning blood pressure surge margin （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Amlodipine besylate can effectively improve the morning blood pressure peak, it is worthy of popularization and application of outpatient. |
