无脉症辨证治疗体会

文章介绍了无脉症的辨证论治体会,认为无脉症由于病程阶段及病变部位的不同,而临床表现不尽一致,应详察细审,方不致乖戾。早期以邪毒痹阻脉络为主,治重清热解毒除湿;中期以瘀血凝滞血脉为主,治当活血化瘀通脉;晚期毒已尽,虚象明显,应以补为主,视其气血阴阳之亏虚,分别选用益气、养血、温阳、滋阴等法。

Experience for treating pulseless disease

This author introduces the pulseless disease diagnosis and treatment experience. Due to the different lesions and stages, the clinical manifestations are not consistent, should be carefully observed. In early stage, the cult poison blockage in meridians, should be treated based on Qingre Jiedu Chushi; in medium stage, caused by blood stasis, should be treated based on Huoxue Huayu Tongmai; in late stage, toxicity has done, with obvious virtual image, should value supplement, depending on the Yin and Yang deficiency, select Yiqi, Yangxue, Wenyang, Ziyin and other methods.
