论《伤寒论》“脉迟”的病机

目的：研究发掘张仲景著作中“脉迟”的病机内涵.方法：采摭《伤寒论》与“脉迟”有关的条文进行比较分析,通过以方测证和以证测机探讨“脉迟”的病机本质.结果：“迟脉”所主的病机有属虚证者,如脾胃虚寒、营血不足等;有属实证者,如痰水互结、阳明腑实和瘀血留阻等,有属虚实夹杂者,如肺热脾寒,脾阳郁陷者.结论：对张仲景脉法的研究,可以从相关条文脉证的比较的角度切入,以证候和方药反证脉象所代表的病机,从而深入发掘其平脉辨证的核心思想.

Objective ： Analysis the pathogenesis of slow pulse. Method： Collecting the provisions concerned in ShangHanLun and comparing formulas and syndromes in each provisions to discuss the pathogenesis of slow pulse. Result： The pathogenesis of slow pulse includes deficiency and excess syndromes, such as deficiency cold in spleen and stomach, deficiency cold in blood, and so on. Conclusion： The research of ZhangZhongJing＇s pulse diagnosis should be processed with formulas and syndromes comparison, which is good for exploring the core of differentiating Symptom - complex with Feeling Pulse.
