输卵管孕囊穿刺配伍中西药治疗输卵管妊娠40例

摘    要:目的:探讨B超引导下行输卵管孕囊穿刺抽吸并注药,术后口服中药治疗输卵管妊娠的效果.方法:针对有生育要求的未破裂和未流产型输卵管妊娠者,在B超引导下用双腔卵泡穿刺针穿刺孕囊并抽吸输卵管妊娠物,孕囊内局部注射氨甲喋呤MTX50mg,术后配合中药口服,定期观察附件包块、血HCG变化等情况.结果:40例患者均保守治疗成功,未见明显药物副反应.结论:输卵管孕囊穿刺配伍中西药治疗,能有效的杀死胚芽组织,减少手术治疗及术后输卵管堵塞,是一种有效的保守治疗未破裂及未流产型输卵管妊娠的治疗方法.

Abstract:Objective:The sound of B ultrasound guided tubal pregnancy sac aspiration and injection, combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect. Method: According to the planning Fertility requirements of unruptured tubal pregnancy and no abortion, in Bultrasound guided by double cavity follicular puncture needle puncture and suction gestational sac tubal pregnancy, gestational sac in local injection methotrexate MTX 50mg, postoperative combined with the traditional Chinese medicine, regular observation of adnexal masses and the changes of blood HCG. Resuh:40 patients were successfully treated conservatively, no obvious drug side reaction. Conclusion Tubal pregnancy sac puncture in the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine combined, can kill the germ tissue effectively, reduce operation treatment and blockage tubal operation treatment, is a conservative and effective treatment in unruptured tubal pregnancy and no abortion.
