通心络胶囊在社区冠心病二级预防中的应用研究

目的：观察通心络胶囊治疗社区冠心病的疗效和对脉搏波波速（PwV）的影响。方法：对我院2010-2012年住院收治的本社区88例冠心病患者随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组，对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗。结果：治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05），治疗组的总有效率92．9％，对照组的总有效率87．0％。同时两组的脉搏波波速的改善也有显著性的统计学差异（P〈O．05）。结论：治疗组较对照组单独应用西医药效果明显。通心络胶囊有改善动脉硬化作用，应用于社区冠心病二级预防安全有效，值得推广应用。

Application of Tongxinluo capsule in the two grade prevention of coronary heart disease in community

Objective： To observation the efficacy Tongxinluo capsules on treating community patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） by Tongxinluo capsule and its influence on pulse wave velocity. Methods： From 2010 to 2010 in our hospital, 88 cases of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group and control group, the control group given conventional modem medicine, the treated group were given Tongxinluo capsule basised on conventional modem medicine. Results： The clinical curative effect of treated group was better than control group, was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the treated group the total efficiency rate was 92.9%, in the control group total efficiency was 87.0%. At the same time, the improvement of the two groups of pulse wave velocity has significant statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treated group than the control group used modem medicine alone effect was obvious. Tongxinluo capsule has the function to improve the hardening of the arteries, secondary prevention of coronary artery disease was safe and effective, applied to the community, is worthy of popularization and application.
