| 摘 要： | 目的：观察在西医治疗基础上加用麻杏石甘汤治疗大叶性肺炎的疗效。方法：90例大叶性肺炎患儿随机分为对照组48例和观察组42例。对照组给予常规抗炎、对症治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药，疗程7d，观察两组临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，且治疗时间较对照组明显缩短，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿大叶性肺炎效果佳，与常规抗炎、对症治疗相结合更有利于提高其临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating lobar pneumonia in children with the Maxing Shigan decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of the Maxing Shigan decoction based on modem medicine on treating lobar pneumonia. Methods： 90 cases were randomly divided into the control group （48 cases） and the observation group （42 cases）.The control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment. The observation group was given TCM based on the control group. 7 days for a course. To observe the clinical effect. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The treatment time was shorter. Two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Maxing Shigan decoction has satisfactory effect on lobar pneumonia in children. The combination with conventional anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment has more advantages in improving the efficacy. |
