| 摘 要： | 目的明确胃Cajal间质细胞(interstitial cells of cajal,ICC)在糖尿病大鼠胃轻瘫中的作用.方法用链尿佐菌素建立大鼠糖尿病模型,3个月后测定胃排空速率,对胃窦组织进行透射电镜观察.结果糖尿病大鼠胃排空明显延迟,胃Cajal间质细胞与其他细胞间的缝隙连接显著减少、结构破坏、连接松散;细胞器变性、减少;胞质广泛溶解;核周间隙增宽.结论糖尿病Cajal间质细胞变性可能是导致其胃轻瘫的一个重要原因.

| Abstract: | Objective To clarify the effects of interstitial cells of Cajal in stomach on diabetic gastroparesis. Methods Rats were randomly divided into diabetic group and control group. Time of gastric emptying was measured and the tissue of antrum was observed through electrictelescope after establishing diabetic rat model for 3 months. Results Time of gastric emptying in diabetic rats was significantly longer than that of normal rats. The number of the gap junction of interstitial cells of Cajal in antrum of diabetic rats decreased significantly, and the rested structures were damaged; the organelles were also damaged; vacuoles were formed. Conclusion It is possible that changes of uhrastructural characteristics of interstitial cells of Cajal in stomach are one of the mechanisms of gastroparesis in diabetic rats. |
