顶空气相色谱法测定头孢唑啉钠中残留溶媒

目的:建立一种气相色谱法同时测定原料药头孢唑林钠中有机溶剂丙酮,二氯甲烷、乙醇残留量的方法。方法:采用双内标顶空自动进样,在中极性弹性毛细管柱上进行分离,效果良好。结果:平均回收率:丙酮100．2％-101．5％;二氯甲烷95．0％-103．1％;乙醇97．8％-101．5％;变异系数:丙酮1．9％;二氯甲烷2．3％;乙醇2．1％。结论:方法重现性好,定量准确,便于操作。

Determination of Residual Solvent in Cefazolin Sodium by Headspace Gas - chromatography Method

Objective: Using the headspace Gas - chromatography methods to measure the assay of residual solvent ( acetone, ethylene chloride and ethanol) in Cefazolin sodium. Methods: auto-injection using double internal standard headspace method, which make the component can be separated at the neutral polarity elastic capillary column, the result is good. Results: the average recovery percentage: acetone 100.2% - 101. 5%, ethylene chloride 95. 0% - 103.1%, ethanol 97.8% -101.5%.Coefficient of variation:acetone 1.9%,ehtylene chloride 2.3%,ethanol 2.1%.Conclusion:using the method can obtain a good repeatability, make the quantify accurate and make it is easy to operate.
