| 摘 要： | 目的比较孟鲁斯特(顺尔宁)联合舒利迭与单用舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的疗效差异。方法将70例支气管哮喘患者随机分两组,分别为单用舒利迭组和顺尔宁联合舒利迭组,治疗为期一年,比较治疗前后临床症状及肺功能的改变,在治疗结束后,随访2年,对其复发率进行评估。结果两组治疗前后临床症状及肺功能均有明显改善;顺尔宁联合舒利迭临床症状及肺功能改善更迅速,疗效更显著(P0.05);2年随访,后者复发率更低;两组间比较有统计学意义。结论顺尔宁联合舒利迭能更迅速,更有效的改善支气管哮喘的临床症状和肺功能,且2年后复发率低。
