| 摘 要： | 本文用Ｋｉ６７单克隆抗体对１１例乳腺浸润性导管癌、１０例乳腺良性病变做了研究。结果显示乳癌Ｋｉ６７标记阳性率较高（Ｍ１２．５），良性病变较低（Ｍ８．１５），两者间差异有显著性（Ｐ＝０．０５）。乳癌Ｋｉ６７ 记阳性率与核分裂计数和核面积呈显著正相关（相关系数分别为０．８４９，Ｐ＜０．０１和０．７４０，Ｐ＜０．０１）。未发现与淋巴结转移，肿物大小和年龄之间的相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

| Abstract: | Eleven cases of infiltrating duct carcinoma of breast and 10 cases of benignbreast lesions were studied by immuostain-ing with monoclonal antibody Ki67. The re- suits showed that Ki67 labeling rates of breast carcinoma were higher ( Median 12-5), benign lesions lower (Median 8- 15) , there was a significant difference between them (P = 0. 05). The Ki67 labeling rates of breast carcinoma were related to mitotic count and nuclear area (r=0. 849,P <0. 01; r=0. 740, P<0. 01 respectively).There was not relation-ship between Ki67 labeling rates of breast carcinoma, lymph node involvement, tumor in diameter, and age (P>0. 05). |
