复方吡咯烷酮碘消毒灌洗液杀(抑)菌效果的观察

消毒灌洗液由吡咯烷酮碘与某些中草药成分组成,为了解其杀菌和抗菌效果,采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行了试验观察。结果,以含有效碘150 mg/L对白色念珠菌作用2 m in,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用5 m in,平均杀灭率均达99.9%以上。用20倍稀释的消毒灌洗液(含有效碘为54mg/L)对淋病球菌抑菌环直径为14.16~14.40 mm。对白色念珠菌能量试验的最低有效浓度为150 mg/L有效碘。结论,该消毒灌洗液对细菌繁殖体和酵母菌具有比较强的杀菌和抑菌作用。

OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL (BACTERIOSTATIC) EFFICACY OF COMPOUND POVIDON-IODINE DISINFECTION DOUCHE SOLUTION

The disinfection douche solution is composed of povidon-iodine and some Chinese herbal medicines.In order to know its germicidal and antibacterial efficacy,suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out experimental observation.Results: The average killing rates of Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing available iodine 150 mg/L for 2 min and Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed for 5 min attained over 99.9%.The diameter of inhibition zone of Neisseria gonorrhoeae culture exposed to 20-fold diluted disinfection douche solution(containing available iodine 54 mg/L) was 14.16～14.40 mm.The minimal effective concentration for killing Candida albicans in capacity test was available iodine 150 mg/L.Conclusion: The disinfection douche solution has relatively strong efficacy in killing and inhibiting vegetative forms of bacteria and yeasts.
