母牛分枝杆菌治疗初治肺结核合并尘肺的临床疗效观察

目的观察并评价注射用牛母分枝杆菌(微卡)治疗初治肺结核合并尘肺患者的临床疗效及作用。方法将91例肺结核合并尘肺患者归为对照组,将84例肺结核合并尘肺患者归为试验组。对照组及试验组均给予2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3方案进行治疗,但试验组同时加入微卡治疗;我们收集治疗前后患者的临床症状改善、肺部病灶吸收,痰菌转阴的相关数据,评价两组间是否有统计学差异。结果试验组的疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论微卡在辅助治疗初治肺结核合并尘肺患者有疗效,能改善临床症状、促进肺部病灶吸收。

Clinical observation on curative effect of mycobacterium vaccae injection in the initial treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pneumoconiosis

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of mycobacterium vaccae injection in the initial treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pneumoconiosis.Methods 91 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pneumoconiosis were selected as the control group,and another 84 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pneumoconiosis were selected as the test group.All patients were treated with the same chemotherapy 2H3R3Z3E3 /4H3R3,but the test group was additionally treated with mycobacterium vaccae injection at the same time.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of clinical symptoms,pulmonary lesion absorption,and sputum negative transform was more pronounced in the test group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mycobacterium vaccae injection can significantly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and promote the absorption of pulmonary lesions in the initial adjuvant treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pneumoconiosis.
