肺心病心力衰竭患者胆碱脂酶监测的临床意义及预后

目的分析肺心病心力衰竭患者胆碱脂酶监测的临床意义及预后影响。方法取本院于2010年5月～2012年12月住院收治的慢性肺源性心脏病心衰患者80例作为观察组对象,另取同期在本院进行健康体检的正常人80例作为对照组对象,比较两组人员的血液胆碱酯酶含量及治疗前后差异。结果观察组患者的血液胆碱酯酶数值(3334.5±465.6)U/L明显低于对照组(P<0.05);肺心病心力衰竭患者接受治疗后其血液胆碱酯酶含量(6064.5±1246.3)U/L明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);大于5年死亡的肺心病心力衰竭患者其血液胆碱酯酶水平(6745.6±1124.9)U/L明显高于其他两类患者(P<0.05)。结论肺心病心力衰竭患者血液胆碱酯酶水平显著下降,对患者预后有良好的提示意义。

Clinical significance and prognosis of cholinesterase monitoring of patients with pulmonary heart disease heart failure

Objective To analyze the clinical significance and prognosis of cholinesterase monitoring of patients with pulmonary heart disease heart failure.Methods 80 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease from 2010 May to 2012 December were selected in this study as the observation group,and 80 healthy people at the same period were taken as the control group.The level of cholinesterase in blood was compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results The level of cholinesterase was obviously lower in the observation group（3334.5 ± 465.6 U / L） than in the control group（P〈0.05）,and it increased obviously in the observation group after the treatment（6064.5 ± 1246.3 U / L）（P〈0.05）.The level of cholinesterase was significantly higher in patients＇ survival more than 5 years（6745.6 ± 1124.9 U / L） than the rest two kinds of patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The level of cholinesterase decreases obviously in patients with pulmonary heart disease heart failure,which has a good significance on prognosis.
