艾迪注射液联合放化疗对中晚期肺癌的疗效分析

目的观察艾迪注射液联合放化疗对中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法筛选我院收治的200例中晚期肺癌患者,按照随机数表法均分为对照组100例,行单纯放化疗;试验组100例,在对照组基础上加用艾迪注射液。随访跟踪3个月,统计比较两组患者的治疗疗效、用药副作用等情况。结果试验组治疗有效率(CR+PR)为56%,SD28例,PD16例;对照组治疗有效率为31%,SD45例,PD24例;试验组优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);用药副作用主要表现为骨髓抑制(白细胞减少分别为44%,73%;血红蛋白降低为45%,43%)和胃肠道反应(恶心呕吐为27%,41%;腹泻29%,42%),少数病患表现为外周神经毒性(3%,15%)和静脉炎(17%,18%),组间统计学差异表现在白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、腹泻和外周神经毒性(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合放化疗能有效缓解中晚期肺癌症状,提高患者生活质量。

Curative effect of Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer

Objective To observe the curative effect of Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer clinical.Methods 200 patients with advanced lung cancer patients were randomly and evenly divided into two groups.All patients were given radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone,and the test group was additionally treated with Aidi injection.They were followed-up 3 months,and their therapeutic effect and drug side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate（CR ＋ PR） was 56% and 31% respectively in the test group and in the control group with significant difference.There were 28 SD cases and 16 PD cases in the test group and 45 SD cases and 24 PD cases in the control group.The side effects mainly included bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions,peripheral neurotoxicity and phlebitis,and there existed significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with advanced lung cancer and improve their quality of life.
