| 摘 要： | 目的分析多平面分期手术对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)的疗效。方法选取我院收治确诊的50例OSAHS患者,施以多平面分期手术。先行鼻腔通气道重建术,3个月后再行Ⅱ期H-UPPP及低温等离子射频消融。比较术前、术后症状及多导睡眠监测PSG指标并进行Epworth嗜睡评分(ESS),评价手术效果。结果治疗后所有患者呼吸暂停、打鼾等症状均消失或有不同程度的减轻,术后6个月及12个月随访评估PSG指标(AHI、LSaO2)、ESS评分,均较术前有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多平面分期手术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征疗效佳,且能减少并发症的发生,故在临床上具有推广意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of multiple plane staging operations on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.Methods 50 patients with OSAHS in our hospital were selected to give multiple plane staging operations.First they were received nasal cavity restitution operation and then ablation with plasma radiofrequency and H-UPPP at the second stage.The symptoms,PSG and ESS were observed and contrasted before and after the treatment.Results The symptoms of apnea and snore vanished or decreased significantly in all patients after the treatment.The improvement of AHI,LSaO2 and ESS was obvious 6 ～ 12 months after the treatment（P 0.05）.Conclusion The multiple plane staging operations can improve curative effect and reduce the occurrence of complications in the treatment of patients with OSAHS,so it＇s worth to widely applied in clinical use. |
