柳江河鱼种调查及其感染肝吸虫囊蚴的研究

目的了解目前柳江河鱼种数量及其感染肝吸虫囊蚴的状况。方法从2008年3月～2009年3月,在三江县、融安县、融水县、柳城县、柳州市区及象州县境内,联系沿江渔民,定期收购其所捕鱼类,依据资料分类检索。用直接压片法检查肝吸虫囊蚴的感染率,用消化法检查感染度。结果所采样本经检索,分14科,40属,53种。其中32种感染有肝吸虫囊蚴。压片法检查鱼样本16558尾,阳性鱼1697尾,感染率10.26%。其中麦穗鱼的感染率最高,为21.47%,其次是宽鳍鱲,感染率为17.75%。消化法检查鱼样本643尾,鱼肉总重量6809克,共查获肝吸虫囊蚴31287个,平均感染度4.6个/克。感染度最高的也是麦穗鱼,为9.9个/克。其次是宽鳍鱲,感染度为8.9个/克。结论柳江河鱼资源的种类不多,大部分鱼种感染肝吸虫囊蚴。

Survey on the fish species & investigation on the infection of metacercaria of liver flukes in the Liujiang River rish

Objective To study the species of the fish in the I.iujiang River and the situation of its infection of metacercaria of liver flukes. Methods From March 2008 to March 2009,buying fish in the Liujiang River from Saniiang county, Rong＇an county, Rongshui county, Liueheng county, Liuzhou city and Xiangzhou county,finishing the fish＇s classification retrieval according to data. Inspecting the metacercarla of liver flukes using direct compression method, and the infectiosity was inspected by digestion method. Results According to retrieval, there were 14 families 40 genera 53species, of these samples, 32 species were infected the metacercaria of liver flukes. 16558 fish were inspected by using direct compression method,the infected were 1697. the infection rate was 10.26 %. The Maisui fish＇s infection rate was the highest, 21.47 %. The second is zacco platypus, infection rate was17.75 %. 643 fish were inspected by digestion method,the fish meat were 6809g,31287 metacercaria of liver flukes were inspected,the average infectiosity was 4.6 per gram. The Maisui fish＇s infectiosity was the highest, 9.9 per gram. The second was still zacco platypus, infectiosity,8.9 per gram. Conclusions The species of fish in the Liujiang River were not abundant,but the majority are infected by the metacercaria of liver flukes.
