吉首大学教职工1417例健康检查结果分析

目的 了解吉首大学教职工健康状况和疾病谱特征，为制定预防措施提供依据。方法 对1417例教职工健康检查数据进行统计分析。结果 各项检查均在正常范围者320例（22．58％）；检出有一项或一项以上异常者1097例，检出率达77．42％；其中男性为78．21％，女性为21．79％，阳性检出率最高为高脂血症，其次是脂肪肝、肾结石等，主要集中在35．59岁年龄段。结论 加强高校教职工医疗保健服务，开展对非感染性疾病尤其是与生活方式有关疾病的健康教育，是高校卫生保健工作的重要内容。

Analysis on Health Examination Results of 1417 Staff Members at Jishou University

Objective To know the health status and feature of the disease patterns among staff members at Jishou university. Methods Statistical analyses were made on health check data from 1417 staff members at Jishou university. Results Of all examinee, 320 were within the normal range in varying examination results representing 22.58%, and 1097 had one item or more than one abnormal examination results with a detection rate for 77.42%, among whom the male accounted for 78.21% and the female 21.79%, the highest positive detection rate was found to be hyperlipemia, followed by fatty liver and kidney stone, etc., focusing on an age group between 35 and 59. Conclusion Augmentation of medical care service for higher school staff members and development of health education for the non-infectious diseases, especially those associated with life styles, are the important contents of the higher school health care works.
