家庭因素和自我管理水平对维持性血液透析患者希望水平影响的研究

目的探讨家庭亲密度和适应性、自我管理对维持性血液透析患者希望水平的影响,为提高患者的希望水平提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、家庭亲密度和适应性量表、血液透析患者自我管理量表、Herth希望量表对北京市两所综合医院血液净化中心接受维持性血液透析治疗的180例患者进行调查。结果患者的希望水平总分为(35.23±4.31)分,处于中等水平。家庭亲密度与适应性和自我管理水平可影响患者希望水平。结论患者家庭亲密度和适应性、自我管理水平均可影响患者的希望水平,提示护士要重视患者的自我管理,也要鼓励患者家属多关注患者,从而进一步提高患者的希望水平。

Effects of family factors and self - management on aspiration level in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To explore the impacts of family cohesion and adaptability and self - management on aspiration level in maintenance hemodialysis patients,in order to provide reference to improve patients' aspiration level. Methods Using general information questionnaire,family adaptability and cohesion scale,self - management scale of maintenance hemodialysis patients and Herth hope scale to investigate 180 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis treatment in two blood purification centers at general hospitals in Beijing. Results The total score of patients'hope was (35. 23 ± 4. 31),which was in the mid-dle level. Family cohesion and adaptability and self - management could influence patients'Herth hope level. Conclusion Both family cohesion and adaptability and self - management level can affect the patients' Herth hope level,which prompt nurses to pay attention to patients' self - management,and encourage family members to care about patients,in order to further improve patients' aspiration level.
