消化内镜微创治疗围手术期护理质量评价指标体系的构建

目的构建具有专科特异性的消化内镜微创治疗围手术期护理质量评价指标体系,为规范化的专科护理质量评价提供参考依据。方法采用文献资料分析和半结构式访谈法建立评价指标框架,应用Delphi法对17名专家进行两轮函询,采用层次分析法计算各级指标权重,并对函询结果进行统计分析。结果两轮函询专家权威系数分别为0.871、0.862,专家积极系数分别为89.47%、100.00%,专家意见协调系数分别为0.312、0.506(P0.01),专家对所有指标的意见集中程度高,最终确立了由3项一级指标、8项二级指标、36项三级指标构成的消化内镜微创治疗围手术期护理质量评价指标体系。结论基于Delphi法构建的消化内镜微创治疗围手术期护理质量评价指标体系,专家一致性程度高,结果可信度强,可促进消化内镜微创治疗围手术期护理质量持续改进。

Construction of evaluation index system for perioperative nursing quality minimally invasive treatment of digestive endoscopy

Objective To establish the perioperative nursing quality evaluation indicator system of minimally invasive treatment through digestive endosco-py with specialist specificity and provide reference for standard specialist nursing quality evaluation. Methods Based on literature review and half - structure in-terview to estabish the framework of evaluation. Delphi method was applied to carry out two rounds of 17 experts authority,the analytic hierarchy process was used to identify the weights of all levels of indexes,and the results of consultation were analyzed statistically. Results The expert authority coefficient were 0. 871 and 0. 862,positive coefficient of experts were 89. 47% and 100. 00%,the experts coordination coefficient were 0. 312 and 0. 506(P < 0. 01). The consistency of ex-pert opinion concentration was high. The perioperative nursing quality evaluation indicator system of minimally invasive treatment was formed including 3 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators and 36 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The perioperative nursing quality evaluation indicator system of minimally invasive treatment based on Delphi method had high expert opinion concentration and confidence level,and it can promote the continuous improvement of clinical nursing quality.
