小组合作学习法在本科护生健康评估实验课教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨小组合作学习法在健康评估实验课教学中的应用及效果评价。方法选取56名本科护生为对照组,47名本科护生为实验组,对照组沿用传统教学法,实验组采用小组合作学习法,即通过技能学习-小组互动及反馈-教师引导及促进-技能考核及评价4个步骤进行教学。课程结束后,比较两组本科护生理论、操作考核成绩及对教学效果的满意度。结果除增强自主学习能力外,两组本科护生理论、操作考核成绩、对教学效果的满意度比较,实验组均高于对照组(P0.01)。结论小组合作学习法能够提高健康评估课的实践技能教学质量,改进本科护生沟通交流能力及学习效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effects of cooperative learning in practice teaching of health assessment course for undergraduate students. Methods To set up the control group with 56 undergraduate students and the experimental group with 47 undergraduate students. The experimental group used cooperative learning,including four steps of skill learning interaction and feed back,teaching and promotion,skill test and evaluation. The control group used tra-ditional teaching methods. At the end of the course,we compared the average skills test scores,the terminal theory test scores,and satisfaction of cooperative learn-ing. Results There were not statistically significant in enhancing independent learning ability,there were statistically significant differences of the skills test scores,and promoting learning effect between the experimental group and control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Cooperative learning can improve the teaching quality in practice teaching of health assessment course,improve undergraduate nursing students communicating ability and study effect.
