聚焦解决模式对肺癌术后患者配偶积极感受及负性情绪的影响

目的探讨聚焦解决模式对肺癌术后患者配偶积极感受及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年6月80例肺癌术后患者的配偶作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规的健康教育和指导,观察组在此基础上应用包括描述问题、构建目标、探查例外、实施反馈、评价进步的聚焦解决模式进行健康教育。采用照顾者积极感受量表和焦虑抑郁自评量表评价其干预效果。结果干预前两组患者配偶积极感受评分及焦虑抑郁评分无统计学差异(P0.05),干预后观察组积极感受评分高于对照组,焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组(P0.01)。结论聚焦解决模式能有效提高肺癌术后患者配偶积极感受,有效缓解其负性情绪。

The effect of focused solving mode on the positive feelings and negative emotions in spouses of postoperative patients with lung cancer

Objective To explore the effect of focused solving mode on the positive feelings and negative emotions in spouses of postoperative patients with lung cancer. Methods The spouses of 80 patients with lung cancer from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table,each with 40 cases. The control group was given routine health education and guidance to conduct health education,while the observation group on this basis was used focused solving mode to conduct health education,which involved describing the problem,building the target,exploring the exception,implementing the feedback,and evaluating the progress. The intervention effect was evaluated by the positive aspects of care-giving and self - rating anxiety scale and depression. Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in positive aspects of caregiving scores and anxiety and depression scores (P > 0. 05). After intervention,the positive aspects of caregiving scores of the observation group were high-er than those of the control group,and the anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group (P < 0. 01). Conclusion Focused solving mode can effectively improve the positive aspects of caregiving of postoperative patients with lung cancer,and can effectively alleviate their negative emotions.
