社会支持对实习男护生职业倦怠及心理健康状况的影响研究

目的探索社会支持对实习男护生职业倦怠及心理健康的作用,为降低职业倦怠程度及改善其心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法选取3所高职院校的305名实习男护生为调查对象,采用社会支持评定量表、职业倦怠量表、症状自评量表进行调查。结果实习男护生社会支持得分为(29.93±3.13)分,处于偏低水平;职业倦怠得分为(9.03±1.22)分,处于较高水平;心理健康状况得分为(137.42±27.26)分,处于较低水平;社会支持与职业倦怠各维度、心理健康状况呈负相关(P0.01或P0.05)。结论实习男护生职业倦怠严重,心理健康问题突出,需提升社会支持力度,重视职业规划和价值观培养。

Research on the influence of social support to job burnout and mental health among male nursing students

Objective To explore the influence of social support to job burnout and mental health among male nursing students,thus to provide scientific reference for reducing the degree of job burnout and improving their physical and mental health. Methods A total of 305 male nursing students who came from three higher vocational schools were investigated by Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS),Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Survey(MBI - GS)and Symptom Checklist - 90 (SCL - 90). Results The score of social support was (29. 93 ± 3. 13)and at a low level. The score of job burnout was (9. 03 ± 1. 22)and at a high level. The score of psychological status was (137. 42 ± 27. 26)and at a low level. Social support had the negative correlation with job burnout and psycho-logical status(P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion The current problems of occupation burnout and psychological status problems for male nursing students were serious. So social support should be enhanced,while school administrators should pay attention to formulate students ' occupation plan and nurture postive values.
