老年全髋关节置换术后患者的康复锻炼自我效能及其相关因素的研究

目的调查老年髋关节置换术后患者的康复锻炼自我效能,并探讨其主要相关因素。方法选取广州市3所医院门诊随访的107例老年髋关节置换术后患者进行康复锻炼自我效能、髋关节功能及锻炼感知益处/障碍等调查。结果患者的康复锻炼自我效能总分为(65.21±18.20)分,Harris髋关节功能评分、锻炼益处/障碍感受评分及患者年龄是康复锻炼自我效能的主要相关因素。结论老年髋关节置换术后患者的康复锻炼自我效能有待提高,其中髋关节功能较差、对术后康复锻炼的益处认识不足、锻炼障碍感受较多者及高龄患者需给予重点关注。采取干预措施改善患者髋关节功能、进行康复锻炼益处的健康教育,将有助于提高老年髋关节置换术后患者的康复锻炼自我效能。

Study on self - efficacy and related factors of rehabilitation exercise in elderly patients after total hip replacement

Objective To investigate self - efficacy and related factors of rehabilitation exercise in elderly patients after total hip replacement. Methods A total of 107 elder patient after total hip replacement were investigated with the rehabilitation exercise self - efficacy,the hip joint function and the perception of exercise benefits/ barriers. Results The total score of rehabilitation exercise self - efficacy was(65. 21 ± 18. 20). The Harris hip score,the percep-tion of exercise benefits,the perception of exercise barriers,and the patients age were the main related factors of rehabilitation exercise self - efficacy. Conclusion The rehabilitation exercise self - efficacy of elderly patients after total hip replacement needs to be improved,and those with poor hip joint function, misunderstanding of exercise benefits and barriers,and the older should be concerned. Taking intervention measures to improve the joint function,and conducting health education of exercise benefits will be good for aged patients after hip arthroplasty.
