实习护生家庭动力学与工作沉浸体验的相关性研究

目的了解实习护生家庭动力学、工作沉浸体验现状,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法采用实习护生一般资料调查表、家庭动力学自评量表、沉浸体验量表对乌鲁木齐市312名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生家庭动力学得分为(3.27±0.37)分,"疾病观念"维度得分最高,"系统逻辑"维度得分最低。工作沉浸体验得分为(3.24±0.38)分,"清楚的目标"维度得分最高,"行动与意识融合"维度得分最低。实习护生家庭动力学与工作沉浸体验存在显著正相关。家庭气氛、个性化和疾病观念可以作为预测实习护生工作沉浸体验的主要因素。结论实习护生工作沉浸体验处于中等水平,护理管理者应对实习护生进行家庭干预以提高其工作沉浸体验程度。

The correlation study of family dynamic and work immersion experience of practice nursing students

Objective To investigate the current status and the correlation of family dynamic and work immersion experience of practice nursing students. Methods Totally,312 student nurses in Urumqi were investigated with general information questionnaire,family dynamics self - assessment scale,and immer-sion experience scale. Results The score of family dynamics was (3. 27 ± 0. 37),the score of " disease concept" dimension was the highest,the score of " sys-tem logic" dimension was the lowest. The score of work immersion experience was (3. 24 ± 0. 38),the score of " clear goal" dimension was the highest,the score of " action and consciousness fusion" dimension was the lowest. Family dynamic and work immersion experience of practice nursing students were positively correlated. Family atmosphere,individuation,disease concept were the main factors predicting work immersion experience of practice nursing students. Conclusion The work immersion experience of practice nursing students was in the middle level,nursing managers should take family intervention for practice nursing students to provide the level of work immersion experience.
