直肠癌永久性造口患者的病耻感与适应水平、生活质量的相关性

目的探讨直肠癌永久性造口患者的病耻感水平及其与适应水平、生活质量的相关性。方法选取在我院治疗的79例直肠癌造口患者,出院后3个月应用社会影响量表、造口适应量表和生活质量量表进行问卷调查。结果患者的病耻感量表总分为(55.20±10.42)分,适应总分为(129.01±20.10)分,生活质量中总体健康得分为(61.01±20.69)分。患者的病耻感与适应水平、生活质量呈负相关(P0.01或P0.05)。结论病耻感可影响直肠癌患者的适应能力和生活质量,应采取适当的干预减少或消除患者的病耻感。

The correlation between stigma,stoma - adjustment,and quality of life in colorectal cancer patients with permanent stoma

Objective To explore the correlation between stigma,stoma - adjustment,and quality of life in colorectal cancer patients with permanent sto-ma. Methods A total of 79 colostomy patients with permanent stoma were recruited and investigated with the general information questionnaire,social impact scale (SIS),the Ostomy Adjustment Scale (OAS)and the scale of quality of life (EORTC QLQ - C30)in 3 months after discharge. Results The total score of SIS was (55. 20 ± 10. 42);the total score of OAS was (129. 01 ± 20. 10),and the score of EORTC QLQ - C30 was (61. 01 ± 20. 69). The stigma was negatively correlated with the stoma - adjustment and the quality of life (P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion The stigma can affect the stoma - adjustment and the quality of life in colorectal cancer patients with permanent stoma,appropriate interventions should be taken to decrease and remove the stigma in patients.
