| 摘 要： | 哺乳动物胚胎着床是一复杂的生理过程。白血病抑制因子是一种多功能的细胞因子,在诱导子宫内膜容受、调节胚胎发育、控制滋养细胞入侵和调节母胎免疫等方面具有重要作用,为胚泡着床所必需。该文综述其调节胚胎着床机理的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The embryo implantation is a complex process. Leukemia inhibitory factor is a kind of cytokine which has multifunctions. It plays important roles in inducing uterine receptivity, regulating embryo development, controlling trophoblast invision and regulating maternal fetal immunotolerance, so it is necessary for embryo implantation. In this article, we reviewed progress in study in recent years on embryo implantation regulating mechanism of leukemia inhibitory factor. |
