胆道扩张和液电碎石在复杂性肝内胆管结石治疗中的应用

目的 总结胆道镜胆道扩张技术和液电碎石对合并有肝内胆管狭窄、胆道嵌顿结石、巨大结石复杂性肝内胆管结石的治疗效果。方法回顾41例肝内胆管嵌顿结石和巨大结石合并有肝内胆管狭窄病例，术中或术后应用胆道镜扩张技术和液电碎石进行治疗。结果41例中37例狭窄完全解除，结石完全取净，3例胆道狭窄在胆道镜下无法解除，结石无法取净，1例狭窄解除但结石未能取净。总治愈率为90．24％。结论应用胆道镜胆道扩张技术和液电碎石可有效治疗难治的复杂性肝内胆管石。

Biliary Tract Expansion Combined with Electrohydraulic Lithotripsy in Treating Complex Hepatolithiasis

Objective To study the effect of biliary tract e xpansion techniquecombined with electrohydraulic lithotripsy in treating intrahepatic biliary stricture and hepatolith iasis blockage or complex hepatolithiasis.Method41cases with hepatolithiasis blockage or large bile stone blockage and int rahepatic biliary stricture who und erwent biliary tract expansion and electrohydraulic lithotripsy treatment were analyzed re trospectively.Results37cases were cured,3cases were failure,1case with intrahepatic biliary stricture was solved,but hepatolithiasis was not completely removed.The curing rates were 90.24%.Conclusion The biliary tract expansion combined with electrohydraulic lithotripsy treatment for complex hepatolithiasis is effecti ve.
