| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Calot三角粘连的腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的安全及有效性. 方法 回顾性分析本院2004年1月至2008年1月Calot三角粘连的腹腔镜胆囊切除术23例临床资料.结果 顺利完成LC 20例,手术时间25～95min,平均50min,中转开腹3例,胆总管残余结石1例.结果 LC对Calot三角粘连的病例仍是一种安全、可行的手术方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the patients with adhesive Calot triangle.Methods Twenty-three cases of adhesive Calot triangle subjected to LC were studied retrospective1y in our hospital from January 2004 to January 2008.Results The laparoscopic cholecystectomy was successfully completed in 30 cases,with the operation time of 25-95min(mean 50min).A conversion to open surgery was required in 3 cases and 1 case of residual calculi in the common bile duct w... |
