| 摘 要： | 对７８例支气管哮喘患儿和３２名正常儿童全血组胺含量进行检测。结果显示，支气管哮喘患儿全血组胺含量高于正常儿童（Ｐ＜０．０１），其外源性哮喘患儿全血组胺含量高于内源性哮喘和混合型哮喘患儿（均Ｐ＜０．０ｌ），提示全血组胺含量测定在小儿支气管哮喘的诊断和分型上具有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Histamine of whole blood was determhed in 78 cases of children with bronchial asthmaand 32 normal controls,The histamine level in children with bronchial asthma was signifi-cantly higher than that of normal controls(P<0.01).It was also significantly higher inchildren with extrinsic asthma than those of normal controls and children with intrinsicasthma or mixed type of asthma(P<0.01).The present study suggested that histaminelevel of whole blood n1ay be useful in diagnosis and classification of asthma. |
