| 摘 要： | 应用吸收度比值系数法同时测定了增效联磺片中三组分的含量。本法操作简单,测量快速,重现性好。测得SD、SMZ、TMP的平均回收率为:100.21％、99.7％、100,45％,变系数分别为:0.26％,0.97％,0.81％。

| Abstract: | Absorbance ratio coefficent spectroptometry was used for determination of three components in compound sulphanilamide tablet.The results showed that the method was simple, rapid and high reproducible.The average recovery of SD,9MZ,TMP was 100.21% , 99.73% , 100.45% .The BSD was 0.26% , 0.97% , 0.81% respectively. |
