| 摘 要： | 通过对4种药理指标比较了新型复方丹参滴丸与原剂型片剂的作用。结果发现滴丸对主动脉舒张作用比片剂起效快6倍,适用于心绞痛的急性发作。对心肌缺血的保护作用,滴丸的疗效高于片剂,同样剂量0.4g/kg,滴丸1期心电异常的抑制率为62.5％,而片剂为37.5％,2期心电异常抑制率滴丸为62.5％,片剂为50％。此外,滴丸对冠脉流量的增加率也优于片剂,对血小板聚集抑制率,滴丸与片剂无明显差异。
