摘    要:采用薄层层析和紫外吸收光谱测定方法,比较黄连与吴茱萸用量配伍比例及提取方法对其化学成分的影响。结果表明黄连与吴茱萸6:1与1:1配伍比例并未引起药物化学性质的变化,在6:1配伍比例中黄连主要有效成分小檗碱的浓度明显增高;传统水提法较醇提法可获得较高浓度的吴茱萸生物碱。

Abstract:The effects of compatible proportion of Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae,and the extraction method on the chemical components in Zuojin Pills were investigated by TLC and UV. It was found that no change occurs in chemical characteristic of decoction when Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae are used at the proportions of 6:1 or 1:1. But in proportion of 6:1, there is a significant increase in the concentration of berberine,a main active component in Rhizoma Coptidis, In addition ,higher concentration of alkaloid of Fructus Evodine can be obtained by traditional water-extraction than by alcohol-extraction.
