| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析稽留流产的两种治疗方法。方法将稽留流产56例患者随机分为乙烯雌酚加用利凡诺羊膜腔外注入引产组(对照组)和米非司酮联合米索前列醇引产组(试验组)，比较两组的疗效。结果实验组较对照组产时阴道流血少，宫颈易扩张，药物小良反应轻。结论采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗稽留流产是一种安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To compare effect of two methods in tbe treatment of missed-abortion.METHODS Pregnancy women with missed-abortion were randomly divided into two groups. The test group including 30 cases were induced by mispristone and misoprostol,while the control group including 28 cases were induced by oral diethylstilbestrol and extra-amniotic injection of rivanol.The effects of these two methods were compared.RESULT The amount of bleeding in 2 hours was abviously less in the test group than that of in the control group. Furthermore,the cerrical dilation was easier and the adverse reaction was slighter in the test group. CONCLUSION The administration of mispristone and misoprostol is the best method for missed-abortion with the higher advantage of safety and less pain. |
