宁夏一般人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率及影响因素分析

目的了解宁夏一般人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率，并分析其影响因素，为宁夏艾滋病防治政策提供决策依据。方法采用等容量分层整群、单纯和机械抽样相结合的方法确定调查对象，并应用非条件logistic回归对人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率影响因素进行分析。结果城乡人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率分别为75．23％、66．02％。知晓率的影响因素为职业(农民)、民族、性别、年龄、文化程度(中学、大学)，其中文化程度为保护因素，其他的均为危险因素。结论宁夏一般人群中艾滋病防治相关知识宣传的重点人群为少数民族地区的已婚女性。

An analysis of awareness rate and affect factors of AIDS relative knowledge among general population in Ningxia

Objective To investigate awareness rate of AIDS relative knowledge among general population in Ningxia, analyze its affect factors and to provide a reference for AIDS prevention and control strategy in Ningxia.Methods By the method of combine stratified, cluster, simple random sampling into systematic sampling and define the target population. Apply non-conditional logistic regression to analyze the affect factors of AIDS relative knowledge among general population.Results The awareness rate of AIDS relative knowledge among general population in urban and rural area was 75.23%, 66.02% respectively. The affect factors of awareness rate were occupation (peasant), nation, gender, age and culture (middle school, college degree). The culture was protective factor, and the others were risk factors.Conclusion The married women in minority rural area are key population who need health education on AIDS/HIV prevention in Ningxia.
