上消化道功能性消化不良的X线诊断(附402例分析)

目的：探讨上消化道功能性消化不良的X线诊断价值，及其与相应临床表现的对应关系，为临床治疗提供一定依据。方法：对有不同消化道症状的402例病人进行气钡双重对比造影检查，但经胃肠钡餐重复检查或／和胃镜检查均未发现胃肠道器质性病变，检查过程中未服用任何动力药，全过程均在透视下观察并摄片。结果：上消化道功能性消化不良的X线表现有六种征象，每种征象均与相应的临床症状密切相关。结论：胃肠排空和运动功能障碍是上消化道功能性消化不良的主要发病基础，它与相应的临床症状有着密切的关系。

The X-ray diagnosis of functional dyspepsia in upper digestive tract (analysis of 402 cases)

Objective:To explore the value of X-ray diagnosis in upper digestive tract functional dyspepsia and its correlation with clinical symptoms, in order to provide some evidence for clinical treatment.Methods:Pneumo-barium double contrast examination without any power medicine were performed in 402 cases, all of the patients had different digestive symptom,but did not found any organic changes with oral barium or/and gastroscopic examination. The whole process was observed by fluoroscopy and the film was taken.Results:The X-ray imaging of functional dyspepsia in upper digestive tract was divided into six types, every type has tight relation with it's clinical symptoms.Conclusion:The obstacle of gastric emptying and dyskinesia are the main pathogenetic base of dyspepsia in upper digestive tract. The X-ray sign has tight connection with clinical signs.
