| 摘 要： | 心率震荡可以很好地反映自主神经的功能。高血压患者往往有不同程度的自主神经受损,美托洛尔作为选择性β1受体阻滞剂,既可降低患者的血压,还可抑制交感神经的活性,改善患者迷走神经的活性,改善患者心率震荡的功能。本文就高血压患者心率震荡现象及美托洛尔的干预作用作以下综述。

| Abstract: | Heart rate turbulence （HRT）can Well reflect autonomic function.There usually exist different degrees of autonomic impairment in patients With hypertension.As a selectiveβ1 receptor blocker,metoprolol can not only de-crease patients＆#39; blood pressure,but also inhibit sympathetic activity,improve vagal activity and HRT in these pa-tients.This article made folloWing overvieW on HRT phenomenon and metoprolol intervention effect in patients With hypertension. |
