银杏叶滴丸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年高血压患者血浆TRAIL死亡受体sDR4、sDR5的影响

目的：探讨老年高血压患者血浆可溶性肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体（sTRAIL）的死亡受体sDR4、sDR5的水平及银杏叶滴丸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对其的影响.方法：130例老年高血压患者被随机均分为银杏叶滴丸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平（洛活喜）治疗组（联合治疗组）及常规（单用苯磺酸氨氯地平）治疗组,并设60例健康对照组.两组均连续用药12周,观察治疗前后血浆sDR4、sDR5水平的变化及血压、血脂总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）]浓度的改变.结果：老年高血压患者血浆sDR4和sDR5的水平均显著高于健康人（P＜0.01）.与治疗前比较,两组用药后血浆sDR4、sDR5的水平,24h平均收缩压、舒张压均显著下降（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）,联合治疗组TC（4.78±0.6）mmol/L比（3.21±0.5）mmol/L]及LDL-C（2.69±0.5） mmol/L比（1.67±0.4）mmol/L]显著下降（P均＜0.05）,而常规治疗组下降不明显（P＞0.05）；与常规治疗组治疗后比较,联合治疗组sDR4（5.62±0.13）比（3.62±0.75）]、sDR5（49.12±6.2）比（39.21±7.12）]水平下降更显著（P＜0.05）,血压水平两组间无显著差异（P＞0.05）.结论：血浆sDR4、sDR5的水平可能在老年高血压患者心肌细胞凋亡的发生、发展进程中起着重要作用.银杏叶滴丸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平不仅有益于老年高血压患者降压、降脂治疗,同时在改善老年高血压患者心肌细胞凋亡中起到重要作用.

Influence of Ginkgo leaf dripping pills combined Amlodipine Besylate on plasma soluble DR4 and DR5 levels in aged patients with hypertension

Objective：To explore plasma death receptors （sDR4,sDR5） of soluble tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand （sTRAIL） in aged patients with hypertension and influence of ginkgo leaf dripping pills （GLDPs） combined amlodipine Besylate on them.Methods：A total of 130 aged patients with hypertension were randomly and equally divided into GLDPs combined amlodipine Besylate group （combined treatment group） and routine treatment group （only received amlodipine Besylate）,another 60 healthy objects were enrolled as healthy control group.Both groups received continuous medication from 12 weeks,changes of plasma sDR4 and sDR5,blood pressure and blood lipids total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）] were observed before and after treatment.Results：..Compared with healthy control group,there were significant increase in plasma sDR4 and sDR5 levels in aged patients with hypertension （P〈0.01）.Compared with before treatment,there were significant decrease in plasma sDR4 and sDR5 levels,24h mean systolic blood pressure and 24h mean diastolic blood pressure in both groups （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and significant decrease in TC （4.78 ± 0.6） mmol/L vs.（3.21 ± 0.5） mmol/L] and LDL-C （2.69 ± 0.5） mmol/L vs.（1.67± 0.4） mmol/L] levels in combined treatment group （P〈0.05 both）,but the decrease was not significant in routine treatment group （P〉0.05）; compared with routine treatment group after treatment,there were significant decrease in sDR4 （5.62 ± 0.13） vs.（3.62 ± 0.75）] and sDR5 （49.12 ± 6.2） vs.（39.21 ± 7.12）] levels in combined treatment group （P〈0.05）,but there were no significant difference in blood pressure levels between two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Plasma sDR4 and sDR5 levels may play important role in occurrence and development of myocyte apoptosis in aged patients with hypertension.Ginkgo leaf dripping pills combined amlodipine Besylate is not only helpful for lowering blood pressure and blood lipid therapy,but also plays an important role in improving myocyte apoptotic in aged patients with hypertension.
